Indian Sikh charged with two stabbings during Indian Independence Day celebrations in Southall

A Sikh man has been charged with possession of a knife and stabbing two men during India’s Independence Day celebrations in Southall. The police said the Sikh, Gurpreet Singh, is an Indian national.
